    Preliminary selection by phone call

    to get acquainted with the sound of your voice and your smile.

    Meeting with both the HR development manager and the manager of the department you want to join

    An on-site or online interview to get to know each other and explore your skills.

    Meeting with the department manager’s superior and/or the site director

    A crucial step ; allows us to engage in discussions with our executive teams and align our objectives.

    Final agreement and preparation of your integration

    Together, we finalize the details as well as plan your integration and personalized training.
