Innovation Engineer

Your role
As an innovation engineer, it will be your responsibility to head development projects from beginning to end. You will be involved in the writing of customer specifications, designing with Solidworks, aeraulic and mechanical simulation, and project management, including that of budgets and deadlines.
Your main missions
- Developing new products and refining already existing ones, from designing to prototyping.
- Following up on R&D projects with tests and simulations.
- Writing and management of technical documents.
- Collaborating with our teams to properly respond to the company’s constant development.
What we seek
- A degree (or an equivalent) in mechanical or electronic engineering (or a similar field).
- Experience in project management and product development.
- Mastery of SolidWorks and other simulation software and tools.
- Knowledgeable about the mechanical field, aeraulics, and, ideally, welding.
- Good communication and teamworking skills.
- The position is based in France and requires proficiency in French (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of english is a plus as well.
