The ENGMAR innovation office is dedicated to the study of new missions and the design of new products. We create a wide panel of products suited for all kinds of work stations, wether they be manual, automatized or robotised. A significant portion of our budget is dedicated to funding research and development, with 20% of our team being assigned to R&D projects, so that we may remain at the forefront of innovation in our market sector.
In-house production is at the heart of our company. Because we manufacture quality products in our factory plants, we ensure supply chains remain short and quality high.
Our quality control department ensures the quality of our products is consistent, and that their integrity is kept up with. Thus, each torch or extraction unit that comes out of our plants is tested and assigned a serial number, allowing for the products’ condition to be monitored until the end of their life cycle.
Our sales department is comprised of experienced sales engineers who inform customers of the latest news, deal with their requests, and raises their awareness on the dangers of welding fumes.
In our internal design office, project managers design extraction systems tailored to fit each customer’s specific requirements, and conduct detailed technical evaluations for every installation.
ENGMAR’s cost-estimation department ensures constant communication between the sales department and the design office. It translates each customer’s needs into adequate value propositions.
Our logistics department efficiently handles the preparation and delivery of equipment and material to our jobsites, as well as the shipping of ordered products and the treatment of maintenance requests. Shipments are sent directly from our production site located at Saint-Romain-de-Popey (69 – on the periphery of Lyon), thus guaranteeing maxmum delivery speed and reliability.
Our integrated maintenance department handles broken down equipment, and intervenes on customer sites. Thanks to our maintenance contracts, we can not only ensure that current legislation is complied with, but also that equipment integrity is preserved.
Our procurement department ensures the selection of reliable business partners in terms of service quality and the respect of deadlines. We work with committed partners who, like us, believe in the quality of « made in France » products, and with workshops who promote inclusion.
