CHD Laminar slit nozzle
- Laminar slit nozzle usable as a substitute for an extraction torch
- Easy integration on any support thanks to a flexible connection
Cobotic welding is a welding type in which a collaborative robot (cobot) assists the operator in his task. Unlike traditional industrial robots, cobots are made to help the operator by automating repetitive gestures, while leaving the control and flexibility of manual work to the operator.
Cobots stand out from robots by their simple and intuitive programming, because the operator can "teach" the movement to adopt by physically guiding the cobot arm to "show" it the movement to reproduce.
As with manual and automated welding, cobotic welding generates fumes and toxic gas for the health of employees working in the same environment.
These fumes and gaz must be captured as close as possible to the emission source because it contaminate ambiant air and can damage the health of operators and cause serious respiratory and cardiovascular diseases.
Extract and filter pollutants allow to
Protect operators' health
Respect regulatory obligations
Comply with French employee protection legislation
Building employee loyalty and attract new talents
health and well-being in the workplace is increasingly taken into account by employees, and is becoming a major factor in attracting and retaining staff.
Preserve equipments
L’aspiration à la source limite l’encrassement des machines et des capteurs, réduisant ainsi les besoins de maintenance et prolongeant la durée de vie des équipements.
