Yearly checks
ENGMAR offers periodic check-ups for extraction installations, in accordance with articles R.4222-20 and R.4222-21 of the French Labor Code. A qualified technician will conduct the necessary checks, after which a detailed report will be issued along with recommendations on preventive and curative maintenance. Such services can be provided yearly, ensuring the workers’ safety remains protected, and the equipment remains compliant with applicable standards and legislation.

Network maintenance
In compliance with the decree of October 8, 1987, regarding the periodic check of workplace ventilation systems, yearly flow measurements have become compulsory.
ENGMAR conducts flow measurements during the installation of your equipment and its initial commissioning. The reported values will serve as a reference for all future checks conducted by our teams. Thus, during the yearly inspections, the equipment’s actual flow measurements will be compared to these reference values to ensure the compliance of the networks.
In order to meet applicable standards, we offer you to choose between two different maintenance contract options which include the compulsory periodic check-up of ventilation systems. Contracts are set to last one or three years and include different options for the intervention of our maintenance team. Learn more about our contract options and what services they include:

- Yearly check-ups of your installation (periodic check-ups are compulsory as per applicable regulations)
- The update of your installation data file with the new measurements
- The inspection of the filtering unit and filter cartridges
- The replacement of seals on the doors of the filtering unit and bucket
- The measurement of filter clogging, and the inspection of the unclogging and compressed air mechanisms
- The monitoring of network vacuum (in addition with visual inspection) and of the extraction speed of torches while they are all activated and extracting at maximum speed
- The emptying of the bucket and replacement of the disposal bag
- The inspection of the network security system (vacuum breaker valve, stop…)
- The replacement and supplying of filters for the electrical box
- The inspection of the turbine and the control cabinet’s fans
Our « Premium » contract option includes all services included in our « Essential » contract option in addition with the next options.
- The replacement and supplying of a filter cartridge kit
- The replacement and supplying of a vacuum breaker valve
- The replacement and supplying of an electrovalve kit
- The inspection and maintenance of the turbine engine (engine bearings)
All further replacement or maintenance done on the filter cartridge kit, the vacuum breaker valve, the electrovalve kit or the turbine engine bearings are not covered by the Premium contract.
As they would have for our « Essential » contract option, our teams will deliver a report to you after each intervention, which you will need to keep on record, as it will contain the history of your equipment.
