With its integrated team, ENGMAR provides you with a product repair/maintenance service available everyday in case you need technical support. The periodic maintenance of your equipment, in accordance with current legislation, ensures its longevity, integrity, and helps protect your workers’ health as well as the quality of your welding. Thus, the respect of safety and equipment maintenance instructions directly impacts your productivity.

Maintenance for your extraction welding torches
We offer maintenance packages which include expert evaluations* and repait of said torches. Our expert evaluations consist og the comprehensive analysis of your extraction torch’s condition relative to its original state. You will then receive our cost estimate for the repair if it is economically viable. If so, we will give you the option to purchase a piece of brand new equipment equivalent to the one that needs repair. Our repair service includes the replacement of faulty parts, while those in working condition are preserved.
*Should the repair quotation not be accepted in the two months following its reception by the customer, they will be charged for the expert evaluation and the torch’s return.
Maintenance for your extraction units
In order to ensure the extraction flow is constant and the welders’ safety remains protected, we perform our extraction units’ maintenance ourselves. This includes cleaning the filters or replacing them if needed, as well as checking the flow rate and proper electrical and functioning of the equipment.
Our experts are qualified and trained in accordance with current standards, thus ensuring your equipment is in compliance with them.
